On the morning of February 26, 2025, Lu Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Pingjiang County Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, led a Party and government delegation to FineJoin for a special research visit. Liu Changjiang, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Pingjiang High-tech Zone, and Xie Yanlong, Vice Chairman of the County Federation of Industry and Commerce, accompanied the delegation throughout the visit and actively participated in various discussions. In addition, Xie Zaixing, President of the Pingjiang Branch of the Shanghai Yueyang Chamber of Commerce, along with seven other Pingjiang-born entrepreneurs in Shanghai, were invited to attend the symposium. Dr. Hu Zhujiao accompanied them and provided detailed introductions to successful application demonstrations in fields such as smart manufacturing, smart cities, automotive 3C, and warehousing and logistics. She emphasized that FineJoin holds a significant advantage in the industry as the only company capable of full-process traceability in the photovoltaic sector, highlighting the company's outstanding achievements in technological innovation and application expansion.
Symposium Focus: Building a Bridge for Shanghai-Pingjiang Industrial Collaboration
The symposium was chaired by Xu Weiyong, Chairman of Shanghai MiZhan Co-Working Space Management Co., Ltd. Chairman Xu Jianqiang of FineJoin briefly introduced the company's development history, core business, and future plans. His clear thinking and impressive achievements earned frequent nods of approval from the attending leaders.
During the exchange, it was noted that by the end of 2024, Pingjiang County, with the Pingjiang spirit of "Chongli Shangyong, Houde Tuqiang" (respecting etiquette and courage, being virtuous and striving for strength) as its core, deeply integrated the Hunanese spirit of "loyalty, responsibility, truth-seeking, and striving for strength". The county achieved a regional GDP of 52.108 billion yuan, a robust year-on-year growth of 7.2%, which was 2.3 percentage points higher than the average growth rate of Yueyang City, exceeding the annual development target. This former national-level poverty-stricken county achieved a historic leap, ranking for the first time among the top ten county economies in Hunan Province (9th place), successfully completing a strategic transformation from a "main battlefield for poverty alleviation" to a "main force for economic growth", setting a practical model for the development of central China's county economies.
In his concluding remarks, Lu Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Pingjiang County Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, stated that whether in terms of industrial investment, talent introduction, or when the hometown suffered natural disasters, fellow entrepreneurs in Shanghai always responded immediately, contributing money and resources, and donating goods. They demonstrated deep affection with practical actions. He also expressed concern for hometown entrepreneurs and hoped they would return home often. If opportunities arise, high-quality services will be provided.
