With the rapid development of the automotive manufacturing industry, the supply chain management of parts has become increasingly complex, involving multiple links and multiple participants. To ensure the quality, traceability, and logistics efficiency of parts, traditional logistics management methods can no longer meet the needs of modern automotive manufacturing. Therefore, introducing RFID technology has become an effective solution.
In the logistics traceability process of automotive parts, multiple links are involved, and the information of each link can be bound and uploaded through RFID technology to ensure real-time traceability of logistics information. The RFID logistics gate provides two solutions:
The former uses ground-sensing switches and readers to determine the direction of forklifts and read the information of equipment, while the latter, in the form of a fast entry-exit channel, integrates multiple functions to monitor the entry and exit of parts in real time and send the information to the database.
In addition, paste on the partsAnti-metal tags, through the handheld terminal to bind the tag and part information, associate the part specifications, purchase and other detailed information, and at the same timeForklift readerAnd the application of forklift relocation work further improves the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse logistics management.
The use of RFID technology not only improves logistics efficiency and reduces costs but also achieves precise traceability. It ensures accurate recording of information in the logistics process of parts and complete vehicles, facilitates inventory management and problem investigation, and improves the overall efficiency of the supply chain.
RFID logistics gate solutions
Solution 1: Ground-sensing/infrared to determine entry and exit direction
When a forklift passes through the logistics gate, it sequentially triggers ground-sensing switches, activates the reader to read the equipment information, and automatically determines the outbound or inbound status. After the logistics gate scans the equipment information, it uploads it to the business system through the middleware platform.
Installation of scanning gates:Install a four-channel reader on the gate, and fix two antennas on each side of the gate to achieve full coverage of the scanning area. Install ground magnetic induction switches on the ground to determine the direction of forklift travel.
Inbound and outbound business processes:Ground magnetic induction switches can determine the direction of forklift travel and trigger the reader to start scanning.
Solution 2: RFID access control channel
RFID gate-type channel:Place the RFID intelligent gate-type channel at the entrance and exit to monitor the entry and exit equipment in real time, while sending the monitored information to the backend database, and the system can be configured.
